  • Byl jsem hostem poprvé a věřím že ne naposledy ma celková spokojenost se službami na hotelu byli perfektní a všem kdo by chtěli prožít báječné dny v Havířově a okolí doporučuji se ubytovat na hotelu Zámeček.

  • Restaurace otevřená pouze do 20 hodin (pátek, sobota). Podprůměrně snídaně, pouze výběr z pevné nabídky, žádné máslo na pečivo, jeden nápoj, nic navíc. Na snídani jsme čekali 30 minut.

  • Večer byl hotel svěřen ke správě sympatickým dívkám, které umí udělat večeři.

  • Výtah by se měl řešit urgentně. Barokní schody neodpovídají svou výškou normě EU, protože baroko netušilo nic o masové turistice a požadavkům na základní pohodlí cestovatelů. Neviditelný výtah za budovou by měli památkáři přijmout, nebo bude nutno přistoupit k jejich defenestraci, tedy vzhledem k civilisaci pouze na verbální úrovni.

  • ... personál na recepci i v kuchyni, večeře i snídaně na velmi dobré úrovni ! Parkování OK ! Není již pravda obsah dřívější reportáže v TV, kdy odborník Pohlreich negativně hodnotil restauraci.

  • v apt.č. 201 nebyla funkční WI-FI, špinavý koberec, stojací lampa - nesvítila avšak promptně personál na požádání dodal žárovku.
